Because spouted pouches have the ability to be down-gauged to a lightweight film structure, the package boasts an optimized product-to-package ratio, meaning you can pack more with less.
Recycle-ready films and laminates
We're focused on design for recycling. Producing recycle-ready film structures enable the finished packaging to be more-easily recycled and thus, have value after their initial lifespan.
SIG ClearShield Laminate
SIG ClearShield Laminate is a two-layer, adhesive laminate film that was developed to provide shelf-life equivalent to foil.
- Available in a range of gauges up to 7.1mils
- Good barrier and resistance to heat
- Works well in ambient, hot-fill, ultra-clean (ESL), and aseptic process applications
- Complies with USFDA and EU food contact regulations
