SIG achieves a record EcoVadis score and platinum status once again

SIG has reached a new milestone in sustainability excellence, achieving a record score of 96/100 in the 2024 EcoVadis rating for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), a significant increase from 86/100 in 2023. This outstanding performance secures SIG the prestigious platinum medal for the sixth consecutive year, placing the company once again in the top 1% of all companies assessed by EcoVadis worldwide.

In 2024, the EcoVadis assessment for the first time included SIG’s acquired bag-in-box, spouted pouch, and fresh carton businesses. With our extended scope, SIG excelled by scoring a perfect 100/100 in both the Environment and Labor & Human Rights categories.

EcoVadis, the globally recognized rating platform, assesses companies on their policies, practices, and performance in four areas: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement.
