SIG Plant 360 Remote Services

This solution offers two support modalities for our customers: Hotline Support and Live Support.

  • Hotline Support: Telephone support with specialists dedicated to the resolution of urgent problems. The service is available 7 days a week through an exclusive line.
  • Live Support: Uses augmented reality technology with smart glasses for remote guidance. This approach allows SIG specialists to offer efficient support, with a high-resolution rate in less time.

SIG Asset Health Monitoring

This is a proactive monitoring solution that focuses on the operating parameters of the fillers. With this, it is possible to perform diagnostics of the production line proactively, providing our clients with information about their equipment, preventing deviations. This technology reinforces the reliability of our service model.

Opening of SIG Reliability and Performance Center AM-N

Early 2025, SIG opened the new digital intelligence center. It expands support solutions with proactive services, coordinated directly from the plant in Querétaro, Mexico.
