The SIG SteriSeal Cap 800 bag-in-box is designed for use in ultra-clean (ESL) and aseptic filling applications. This removable cap offers simple, pour- and pump-out functionality that makes this bag-in-box package easy to use in foodservice and bulk, industrial applications. Different cap colors are available to help distinguish product types. When combined with our barrier films and state-of-the-art filling equipment, your product is protected from fill through end use.

Fresh
Occurs when a product is filled into a package with no additional sterilization treatment.
Ultra-clean (ESL)
Uses UV and/or hydrogen peroxide in combination with laminar flow to achieve high hygienic levels for short shelf-life products.
Aseptic
Fills commercially-sterilized products into pre-sterilized packaging. Products can be held unopened without refrigeration.
