The SIG PourCap 6300 bag-in-box package is designed for high-acid aseptic, ESL, and ambient filling applications. With two versions, the SIG PourCap 6300T is hand-removable via screw threads, while the SIG PourCap 6300 is removable with a cap removal tool. Both variations allow for easy, pour-out usage.

How it works
Known process applications
Fresh
Occurs when a product is filled into a package with no additional sterilization treatment.
Ultra-clean (ESL)
Uses UV and/or hydrogen peroxide in combination with laminar flow to achieve high hygienic levels for short shelf-life products.
Aseptic
Fills commercially-sterilized products into pre-sterilized packaging. Products can be held unopened without refrigeration.
